Requests and engagements

Submitting a strategy-call request does not create a contract or reserve a calendar appointment. Engagements begin only under a written agreement that defines scope, schedule, and fees.

Ownership of work

Ownership of delivered code, designs, and documentation is defined in each written agreement before work begins.

Text messaging program

Columbia Technologies LLC, operating as Columbia Tech Group, may send text messages relating to your inquiry, scheduling, and service updates and, if you separately opt in to marketing messages, occasional promotional messages about our services. Messages are sent only to numbers you voluntarily provide and opt in with — through the SMS consent checkboxes on our strategy-call form, through the chat widget on this website, or directly during a conversation. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. For help, reply HELP, call (509) 316-2285, or email it@columbiatechgroup.com. Replying STOP ends all non-emergency messages from us. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Handling of phone numbers and consent is described in our Privacy Policy, including our commitment that mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
